Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Korean Style Sweet & Sour Tofu : Cut tofu into thick slices. In medium heat, add some oil to the pan and pan fry the tofu until golden brown. Transfer to plate and set aside. Mix together the sauce ingredients. Sauté red and green bell pepper until fragrant. Pour in the sauce and bring to simmer. Add pineapple and cook for a while. Return tofu into pan, cook for another 2 minutes and ready to serve.

Step 2
Citrusy Tofu Shrimp Salad:Cut tofu into dices. In a small bowl, mix well the salad sauce ingredients and set aside. In a big bowl, add cucumber, red onion, cherry tomato and cooked shrimp. Pour in the sauce and toss well. Add tofu and toss gently. Ready to serve!

Step 3
Golden Tofu with Green Beans:Cut tofu into dices. In a pan with oil over medium heat, stir fry green beans for 2 minutes. Transfer to plate and set aside. Heat the pan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir fry the mashed salty egg yolks. Add water, fish sauce and bring to simmer. Add green beans and toss to combine. Add tofu and toss gently until well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and ready to serve.

Step 4
Thai Style Tofu Meat Patties:Cut tofu into 4 pieces. Pat dry the excess liquid using kitchen paper. In a big bowl, combine minced pork, tofu and marinade ingredients. 3. Add long green beans, lemon grass, red chili, whisked egg and mix until the meat is getting thick. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Form the mixture into patties. In a pan over medium heat, add some oil and sear the meat patties until golden brown. Serve with Thai sweet & sour sauce. *Feel free to replace minced pork with fish paste for different flavors.
