Step 1
In a pot, soak the rice noodles in cold water for 10 minutes

Prepare the stuffing. Peel and shred the celery stick, carrot, and cabbage. Slice the mushroom, dried wood fungus, and dried tofu.

Combine all ingredients and mix well

In a wok, heat up some oil on medium high heat, add the prepared vegetables and tofu
