Slice cucumber and carrot.

Peel mango and cut into strip.

Step 4
Blanch shrimp until well done. Drained and set aside.

Soak warp of spring roll into water until soft, about 10 seconds, soak for too long time may cause the warp too soft to use.

Add mint, mango, cucumber, carrot and shrimp.

Step 7
Wrap as shown, then cut in half.

In a glass, add fish sauce, water, white vinegar, sugar, salt and Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add lemon juice and chilies. Ready to serve.
