Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll with Mustard Pork Loin

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and julienne the Japanese cucumber and carrot.

Step 2
Slice the pork loin into strips. Marinate with Maille Dijon Mustard Sauce, Maille Wholegrain Mustard, apple puree, honey, salt and black pepper for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add Vietnamese vermicelli and cook for 2 minutes until done. Transfer it to ice water and drain.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil with medium heat. Add pork loin and sear until cooked.

Step 5
Soak the rice paper into lukewarm water for 5 seconds and place on the cutting board.

Step 6
In the middle of the rice paper, lay lettuce, Vietnamese vermicelli, Japanese cucumber, carrot and pork loin. Wrap into paper rolls and halve. Ready to serve.
