Vietnamese Lemongrass Meatballs Stir-fry Spaghetti

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Blend the lemongrass root, lime leaves and red bird chili with a blender.

Step 2
Add minced pork, egg wash, breadcrumbs, Chinese cooking wine, 1 tbsp fish sauce and white pepper. Mix well to form batter.

Step 3
Roll into balls.

Step 4
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Add meatballs and sear until cooked. Set aside.

Step 6
In the same pan, add some oil. Add onion, red chili pepper and long green beans and sauté until softened.

Step 7
Add San Remo Spaghetti, lime juice, remaining fish sauce, meatballs and sugar. Mix well.

Step 8
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with chopped basil.
