Tofu Roll is often served as a dim sum or a snack in Chinese cuisine. It is a delightful vegetarian dish that is crispy on the outside and filled with juicy vegetables on the inside.

tofu skin

Vegetable Filling

Wipe tofu skin with a wet towel

Trim off the edges

Cut into square sheets

Thinly cut the other ingredients

Add minced garlic and thinly sliced ginger

Add black fungus

Add bean sprouts

Add chive

Saute until softens
