Step 1
Soak black fungus and bamboo fungus in water until soft

Slice vegetarian ham, radish

Slice Vegetarian Roast Pork and Roast Duck

Cut Cabbage into Pieces

Slice Mushrooms and Radish

Cut Fungus into bite size

In a hot pan sauté vegetarian chicken until golden brown

Using the same pan, add boiling water

Add mushrooms and fungus

Then add radish and cabbage

Remove items when tender

In the same pan, Add prawns and ham

Starting to plate by adding mushrooms and radish to the bottom of the clay pot

Present all remaining Vegetarian Meats on top

To cook the finishing sauce, combine oyster sauce, sugar and cornstarch in a dish, add mixture into the broth and cook until thickened
