Flatten the chicken chest meat with the side of a knife

Marinate the chicken

Step 4
Separate the egg white from an egg

Step 5
Add corn starch and some wate

Add carrots and mushrooms

Season with a dash of salt

Add shredded carrots & mushrooms on top of the chicken chest meat

Carefully roll the chicken fillet from the bottom to the top

Secure with a toothpick

Pour the egg white batter over the chicken

Then transfer to a saute pan to pan fry

Cut the chicken rolls into 1/2-inch thick pieces

Arrange the chicken rolls on a bed of vegetables

Heat up some water/chicken broth on high heat

Add saute and corn starch mixture

Pour on top of the chicken rolls
