Step 1
Cut the bottom of the tomato with a knife and put it into the boiling water for 20 seconds. Then rush through the cold water and tear off the skin.

Step 2
Put the beef in cold water for 20 minutes. Beef, yellow pepper, and onion are chopped; the tomatoes are chopped after take out the seeds.

Step 3
Turn the rice into an oblate shape of 10 cm. Pour a little olive oil into the hot pan and fry the rice cake on both sides.

Pour a little olive oil into the pan and add the onion and stir fry.

Step 5
Add the beef, yellow pepper and tomato in the order.

Step 6
Place the topping on the rice pizza, then place a small piece of cheese on top, then put the rice pizza in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
