Vegetable Beef Rolls in Red Wine Sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the onion, fresh mushrooms, green pepper, and red pepper

Step 2
In a sauté pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add the vegetables (from step 1) to sauté for 2 minutes

Season with salt, white and black pepper

Step 4
Once the vegetables begin to soft, add 1 tablespoon of red wine. Sauté for 1 more minute

Step 5
Remove from heat. Allow to cool for 20 minutes

Step 6
On a flat working surface, place a slice of beef and add the cooked vegetables with enoki mushrooms (uncooked) on top

Step 7
Repeat with remaining ingredients

Repeat with remaining ingredients

In a sauté pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add beef rolls to pan fry until nice and golden on the outside. Season with salt and black pepper

Remove from the pan onto a serving plate

Step 11
Add the red wine into the sauté pan, mix well on high heat until the sauce reduces and thickens

Pour the sauce on top of the beef rolls
