Vanilla Chocolate Swiss Roll

Step 1
Combine olive oil and honey.

Step 2
Separate the egg yolks from egg whites.

Step 3
Beat the egg yolks.Add sugar to the egg whites, beat thoroughly until white and fluffy.

Step 4
Add the beaten egg yolk into the egg white mixture. Mix well.

Step 5
Add flour, olive oil and honey mixture, cocoa powder. Mix again.

Step 6
Pour the batter onto a baking tray, flatten until smooth.

Step 7
Place inside a preheated oven (180 degree Celsius) to bake for 13 minutes. Remove and transfer into a fridge to cool down completely.

Prepare the fillings. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh cream and sugar to beat well.

Step 9
Spread the fresh cream on top of the cake, roll it up, sprinkle with powder sugar. Slice and service.
