Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Peel and seed the pumpkin. Then dice it

Step 2
Dice the onion. Peel the garlic and cut it into half

Step 3
Heat the pan and add some oil. Add the butter

Step 4
Add pumpkin. Then add onion, garlic and saute until golden brown

Step 5
Add chicken broth, water and bring it to a boil

Step 6
Add it into blender when the pumpkin is soften

Step 7
Season with salt and black pepper. Plate up and add some whipping cream on top. Serve with toast
