Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Mix together the bread flour and all-purpose flour. Add salt and mix well. Add warm water to the dry yeast and mix well

Step 2
Pour the yeast water to the flour and mix well. Knead the dough until smooth

Step 3
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest until the dough ferment to double size

Step 4
Making pesto sauce: 1. Remove the basil leaves from the stem. Put it into the blender

Step 5
Add garlic, black pepper, pine nut, lemon juice and olive oil

Step 6
Blend all the ingredients at low speed

Step 7
Grate some parmesan cheese and add into the pesto sauce. Mix well

Step 8
Composition: Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Peel the asparagus and slice it on bias. Slice the mushroom and bell pepper

Step 9
Place tin foil on the baking tray. Flatten the dough with a roll and place it on the baking tray

Step 10
Spread the pesto sauce on the dough. Place the vegetables on the dough and add some more pesto sauce on top

Step 11
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 30 mins. Add parmesan cheese on the pizza and bake for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve
