Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, peel the shrimps and cut the tail and head, clean and devein the shrimps.

Step 2
Marinate the shrimps for 10 minutes by cooking wine, black pepper and salt.

Use knife to separate the meat and bones, pull the meat down then twist the bone to take it out. Try to keep the wings in shape by using knife, scissors or any tools.

Step 4
Stuff the marinated shrimps into wings, according to the capacity of wings and fulfil inside, use a toothpick to secure it.
