This is a beautiful chocolate dessert, especially the great contrast between triple layers of color and taste. And the taste is completely in sync with the look – fabulous, just like love. Serve with red wine and candles, have a romantic and sweet valentine’s day.

Step 1
Drain gelatin sheets into iced water

Step 2
Wrap the mousse ring by plastic, make sure the bottom part is flat,Put the mousse ring on a trap which can be frozen

Step 3
Boil half of whipping cream

Step 4
Divide the boiled whipping cream into 3, pour them into chocolates separately

Step 5
Add one gelatin sheet into white chocolate liquid, and one into milk chocolate liquid, stir them well and make sure the gelatin sheets are completely melted

Step 6
Divide the remaining whipping cream into 3, blend them with chocolates to mousse forms

Step 7
Pour white chocolate mousse into 1/4 mousse ring, covered by chiffon cake slice, freeze the whole set in the fridge until the cake merged with the mousse

Step 8
Spread milk chocolate mousse over the top of the cake in the ring, covered by chiffon cake slice

Step 9
Finally pour dark chocolate mousse and covered by chiffon cake, smooth it with the spatula. Place the cake back to the fridge for 3 to 4 hours

Step 10
Use a hot towel to surround the mousse ring to soften the mousse, and place it back to fridge and freeze.
