Trio Bean and Osmanthus Jelly

Step 1
Place the black-eyed peas and adsuki beans in a separate bowl

Step 2
Add some water to cover

Step 3
Steam it for 20 minutes until the bean is soften. Drain and set aside

Step 4
In a pot, bring 600mL water to boil. Add the rock sugar and cook until dissolve

Step 5
Combine gelatin powder with 150mL water and stir well

Step 6
Stir in the gelatin water in the syrup and boil until dissolved

Step 7
Turn off the heat and add the osmanthus. Set aside

Step 8
Add the black-eye peas in the bottom of the glass, pour 1/3 of the osmanthus water

Refrigerated until firm

Step 10
Add the adsuki bean on the second layer, then pour another 1/2 of the osmanthus water

Step 11
Refrigerated until firm

Step 12
For the last layer, add the chick peas and the rest of the osmanthus water and refrigerated for an hour or until all the layer has firmed
