Trickled Pastry with Tomato and Shredded Chicken

Step 1
Shred the cabbage and set aside.

Step 2
Add flour into a bowl, add water and eggs, and stir together to form a batter.

Step 3
In the pot, pour oil and add chicken shreds and stir fry, then pour tomato juice and chicken broth and boil.

Step 4
Use a spoon to make the trickled pastry, and put it in the soup until the trickled pastry floats.

Step 5
Add shredded Chinese cabbage, egg, salt and cook for 3 minutes. Take it out.

Step 6
Sprinkle the chopped spring onion and add the sesame oil. Ready to serve.
