Tri Color Sweet Rice Dumpling

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix water into rice flour to form a smooth non sticky dough

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions

Add cocoa powder into one piece of dough, combine until blended

Add green tea powder into another piece of dough, combine until blended

Add one drop of yellow food coloring into the third piece of dough

combine until yellow

Step 7
To make a swirly pattern, add one piece of white dough to each of the colored dough and roll until combined without the white disappearing

Cut dough into 4 pieces

Press dough flat and place red bean paste in the center

Step 10
Gather dough to form a ball covering the bean paste, repeat with other flavoured dough

To make sugar syrup, cook rock sugar with 250mL of water

Using another pan with boiling water, cook rice dumpling until soft
