Step 1
Cut the carrot and green pepper into diamond shape

Cut the black fungus into small pieces.

Cut the tofu into triangle shape

In a pan, add oil on a medium high heat, add the tofu and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, set aside

Add some oil, add the chili paste and cook until the excess oil comes out

Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add black fungus, green pepper and carrot and mix together

Then add the tofu, season with salt and sugar

Add some water and bring it to boil, then add the corn starch water to thicken the sauce

Ready to serve
