Tomato, Butternut Squash and Fish soup

It is very healthy and tasty to cook soup with tomatoes and fish.

Step 1
Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Peel the carrot and cut into pieces. Peel, seed and cut into pieces. Pat dry the red mullets completely. Marinate with salt and ground white pepper for 5 minutes. Coat both sides with corn starch.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add ginger and sauté until fragrant. Add red mullets and sear until golden brown on both sides.

Step 3
In a pot, add red mullets and hot water. Cook on high heat for 8-10 minutes.

Step 4
Add tomatoes, butternut squash, carrot and bring to boil. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 45 minutes.

Step 5
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
