Step 1
Slice the beef and marinate with light soy sauce for 10 minutes

Peel the celtuce and cut them into disc shape. Use the heart-shape cookie cutter to stamp out the shapes

Cut the tomato into pieces; Beat the eggs in a bowl

Blanch the celtuce in a pot of boiling water

Use medium-high heat to heat up the pan. Fry the marinated beef with some olive oil until medium. Set aside

Use medium-high heat to heat up the same pan. Fry the beaten egg with some oil until half-cooked. Set aside

Heat up the same pan in medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic with some oil until fragrant. Add the tomato pieces and water, and cook until soften
