Step 1
Cut the potatoes into small size and seasoning with salt, pepper and olive oil

Combine the cherry tomatoes and toss well

Beat the egg

Butterfly the beef

Slightly pound the beef with the back of the knife. Seasoning with salt and pepper

Place the cheese on the beef and sundried tomatoes

Dredge the beef with flour, then dip with the egg wash and coated with the bread crumb

In a pan, add oil enough for frying. Cook until golden brown on both side

Transfer to the kitchen paper to soak up the grease

In the same pan, left about 1 tablespoon oil left and sear the potatoes until golden brown

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a minut

Cut the beef roll into slice
