Step 1
Halve the straw mushrooms. Cut the squids into rings. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Cut the lemongrass into sections. Cut the galangal into slices. Mince the garlic and chop the red bird chili. Peel, remove the head and devein the prawns. Reserve the prawn heads.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, prawn heads and sauté until fragrant.

Step 3
Remove the prawn heads. Add water, lemongrass, galangal, lemon leaves, straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, red bird chili, tomato, DayDayCook Tom Yum Sauce and bring to boil. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Remove the lid and increase to medium heat. Add prawns, squids, coconut milk and cook until the seafood is done.

Step 5
Remove from heat. Add lime juice and mix well.

Ready to serve
