Step 1
Wash and cut chilled yellow chicken in pieces and marinate for 10 minutes. Wash the tiger prawns, remove the head, shell, intestines and keep the tail. Pan fry the tiger prawns with oil then put aside. Pan fry the chicken with oil until golden brown colour. Stir-fry ginger slices, garlic, shallots, purple onion and oyster mushrooms. Add ingredients 5, 6 and 200ml hot water. Cover the pot for cooking 5 mins, then put in shrimp, coconut milk and stir-fry after that. Squeeze half of the lime for juice and add sugar, finally decorate with the green & red pepper and serve.
