Cut the cherry tomatoes and straw mushroom in halves

Finely chopped the lemongrass

Clean the shrimp and sauté the shrimp in a pan until fragrant then add 500mL water. Bring it to boil and cook for 20 minutes

In a shallow pan, add oil on a medium heat. Add garlic, soup paste, chili paste, red bird chili and lime leaves

Then add the shrimp broth (can add the shrimp back before serve), lime juice, fish sauce, galangal, lemongrass, and cilantro

Bring the broth to boil, then add cherry tomatoes, straw mushroom and cook for 10-15 minutes

Add the prawn and cook for another 10 minutes until the prawn is fully cooked

Step 10
Transfer to the serving pot and serve hot
