Tom Yum Chicken Pot

It is very tempting and convenient to cook chicken pot with tom yum sauce! Sour and spicy. Go well with rice particularly!

Step 1
Flatten the shallots and garlic with a knife. Cut the onion, tomatoes and oyster mushrooms into pieces. Slice the red chili pepper, lemongrass and set aside.

Step 2
Chop the chicken thighs into pieces, rinse and pat dry. Marinate with light soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine for 30 minutes.

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add garlic, shallots, onion and sauté until fragrant.

Step 4
Add chicken thighs and stir fry until fragrant. Add the remaining Chinese cooking wine and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 5
Add oyster mushrooms, red chili pepper, lemon leaves, lemongrass, half of the tomatoes, DayDayCook Tom Yum Sauce and mix well. Cover the lid, reduce to medium low heat and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 6
Remove the lid. Add the remaining tomatoes, Thai basil and mix well.

Step 7
Season with fish sauce and brown sugar. Ready to serve.
