Soak clams into cold water with a spoon of salt and few drops of vegetableoil for half day until they discharge all sands. Take the clams out.Clean the kelp and Cut Tofu into pieces.Put few ginger shr

After it is boiling, add kelp, turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes.After that, add Tofu in and cook with kelp for 3 more minutes.

Step 3
Lastly add clams in, cook until all opened

Step 4
Season with salt and pepper
