Tofu Meat Ball
Ingredients

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Chop the garlic and green onion

Step 2
Cut the shrimp into small pieces

Step 3
Rough chop the tofu

Step 4
In a large bowl, combine tofu, pork, shrimp, garlic and green onion and mix together

Step 5
Add salt, Chinese cooking wine and corn starch water to mix again

Step 6
In a pan, heat some oil on medium high heat. Use hand or spoon to form the tofu mixture into a ball

Step 7
Cook until golden brown about 4-5 minutes

Step 8
Transfer to the kitchen paper and set aside

Step 9
Prepare the sauce. In a pan, add oil and sauté the onion, oyster sauce, salt and corn starch water, cook until the sauce is thicken

Step 10
Add the tofu meat ball back to the sauce, mix well and serve
