Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Dice the green onion and ham. Seed the red bell pepper, dice and set aside. Soak the SanSui Hard Tofu in salt water for 20-30 minutes. Slice and pat dry.

Step 2
Beat the eggs. Mix together with green onion, corn kernel, red bell pepper, ham and salt.

Step 3
Coat the tofu with corn starch. In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add tofu and sear until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4
Add egg wash and cover the lid. Reduce to medium low heat and cook until the egg is set. Slice and ready to serve.
