Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Drain the PAK FOOK® Beancurd for Steaming.

Step 2
Dice the green onion.

Step 3
Mix together PAK FOOK® Beancurd for Steaming, minced chicken, light soy sauce, salt, ground white pepper, corn starch, egg and green onion.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Spoon the mixture onto the pan and sear until golden brown on both sides.

Step 5
Transfer to a plate and serve with teriyaki sauce.

Step 6
Tips: Highly recommend to prepare the mix just before pan frying and mix just well. It is to avoid loose textures.
