Toast with Ice Cream and Berries

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Halve the bread.

Step 2
Leave 1-1.5cm thick sides and bottom, and cut the inside. Take out the core.

Step 3
Cut the core into 5 slices and cut each slice into 4.

Step 4
Melt the honey and butter in a double boiler on low heat.

Step 5
Place a slice of bread (4 pieces each) into the hollow bread and spread honey butter on top.

Step 6
Repeat 2 times.

Step 7
Place into an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 8
Place a scoop of ice cream and berries on top. Ready to serve.
