Three cups of cooking very popular in Taiwan, three cups means sesame oil, rice wine and soy sauce of one cup of each. In addition to the famous three-cup chicken, use this method to cook the clam also very tasty.

Step 1
Soak the clam in salt water to help remove the sand

Step 2
In a pot, bring some water to boil and cook the clam until they all open. Drain and set aside

Step 3
Peel and slice the ginger and red chili pepper

Step 4
Remove the leaves from the stem on Thai basil

Step 5
In a pan, add the sesame oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the ginger until fragrant

Step 6
Add the clam and quick stir

Step 7
Add the rice wine, light soy sauce and sugar. Quick stir
