Thai Style Hand Shredded Chicken

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
In a pot, bring the water to boil, add ginger and the Chinese cooking wine, then place the chicken in the pot for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked

Step 2
Sliced the carrot and cucumber into 1/2 “ length strip, diced tomato, red onion, red chili and lemongrass, wash cilantro and pick the leaves for later use

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, put together the tomato, onion, chili and lemongrass and mix it with the rest of the sauce ingredients, set aside

Step 4
When the chicken finished cooking, separate the meat and use hand to shredded

Step 5
Mix the carrot and cucumber on the serving plate, add the shredded chicken on top and drizzle the sauce mixture

Step 6
Garnish with dry shallot and cilantro
