Add red wine and stir.

Add the Thai red curry, coconut milk and enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring it to boil then reduce the heat to low, cook for an hour.

Step 5
Add the carrot, potato and cook for another 30 minutes until the lamb and vegetable are tender.

Step 6
Season with salt and ready to serve.
