Thai Minced Pork with Lettuce Wrap

Step 1
Finely chop the pork ear

Step 2
Peel and slice the shallots

Step 3
Finely mince green onions and a few cilantro

Step 4
In a sauce pan, heat up some oil on high heat. Add minced pork to sauté thoroughly until they are nicely separated into small minced pieces

Add the pork ear and sauté for 2 minutes

Step 6
Add fish sauce, sugar and squeeze in the lime juice

Step 7
Add the shallots, green onions, and cilantro into the saucepan with the pork

Step 8
Separate the iceberg leave, make sure do not break it
