Step 1
将香茅和南姜去衣切碎、柠檬叶和干葱切碎、指天椒切粒。中火热油鑊,加入干葱、香茅、柠檬叶和南姜炒香。加入免治猪肉快炒至转色,放入指天椒炒至干身。 加入鱼露、泰式甜酸酱、糖和白胡椒炒匀后即可熄火。 加入九层塔炒至软身,加入青柠汁。 将肉碎放上白饭,最后放上煎蛋即可。
