Thai Fish Cake
Recipe Details
It is simple to make Thai fish cake! Simply season with red curry paste, lemon leaves and fish sauce to give an authentic Thai flavor!

Step 1
Fine dice the long string beans. Chop the lemon leaves and cilantro.

Step 2
Mix together fish paste, lemon leaves, cilantro, red curry paste, brown sugar, ground white pepper and fish sauce.

Step 3
Beat the egg. Mix the fish paste with long string beans and egg wash until sticky. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4
Form into patties.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on medium heat. Add fish cakes and sear until golden brown on both sides. Ready to serve.
