Step 1
洋葱及胡萝卜切片;

放入雪櫃冷藏30分鐘,即成

在細碗內把蒜頭、紅辣椒、泰式辣醬、香茅、魚露、青檸汁、糖及麻油拌勻;

把鍋內的水煮沸,加入花甲煮至開口;

撈起瀝乾水,放涼備用;
