Step 1
For the beef, season the beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Step 2
Heat a ridged griddle pan, then add the steaks and griddle for 3-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the heat and leave to rest in a warm place for five minutes.

Step 3
For the salad, chopped the romaine lettuce

Step 4
Cut the tomatoes in halves, sliced the red onion and sliced the cucumber

Step 5
In a large bowl, mix in the lettuce with tomato, cucumber and onion

Step 6
In a mixing bowl, combine the dressing ingredients together and mix well

Sliced the beef

place it over the salad and drizzle with the dressing
