Teriyaki Salmon with Seasonal Vegetables

Teriyaki Salmon with seasonal vegetables is nutritious and tasty. Apart from its fleshiness, Salmon contains high unsaturated fats, which is able to reduce blood lipid and cholesterol. With vegetables added, the deliciousness level also rises.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Season each side of the salmon with half teaspoon of salt and black pepper. Cover salt and pepper evenly. Leave it for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Add half amount of prepared olive oil to pan, turn to high heat and put salmon in. Pan fry the side with skin first for 1 minute. Turn to low heat, flip the salmon and pan fry for 30 seconds.

Step 3
Keep the low heat, pour Teriyaki sauce into the pan and cook until the sauce beings to thicken. Remember to flip the salmon at same time. When sauce is absorbed, take the salmon out and put on plate.

Step 4
Put remaining olive oil to pan with medium heat. Add garlics and onions. Pan fry until onions become soft
