Teriyaki Beef and Spinach Pasta Salad

Teriyaki Dressing Ingredients
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Marinate the beef with Japanese soy sauce, sake, mirin, ginger and sugar for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, add the teriyaki sauce, sushi vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, olive oil and whisk until combine. Refrigerate the dressing for 30 minutes.

Step 3
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add some salt. Cook the San Remo Elbow until al dente. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.

Step 4
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the beef until golden brown on both sides until your preference doneness.

Step 5
Rest the beef sirloin for 5 minutes and slice.

Step 6
In a large bowl, combine the San Remo Elbow, beef sirloin, baby spinach and cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and black pepper. Slowly drizzle the teriyaki dressing and toss well. Sprinkle with raisin and pine nuts.
