Taro Tong Yuen with Honey Black Tea & Grass Jelly

Step 1
Bring a pot of water to boil over medium heat, cook the taro tong yuen for 5 minutes until it floats on the surface.

Step 2
Steep the Pu Erh tea bag and Chrysanthemum in hot water for 3 minutes or to your own preference.

Step 3
Remove the tea bag and Chrysanthemum, stir in the honey and set aside.

Step 4
In a serving bowl, put grass jelly and red bean, followed by honey black tea , taro tong yuen and evaporated milk. Serve immediately.
