Taro & Chinese Sausage Fried Rice

Step 1
Cut taro, Chinese sausage, duck liver sausage and choy sum into dices.

Step 2
Heat the wok over medium heat, stir fry the sausages until golden brown and releasing the fat.

Step 3
Add taro and stir fry until fragrant. Transfer to plate and set aside.

Step 4
With the same wok, add white rice, choy sum and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the egg and toss well.

Step 5
Return the taro and Chinese sausages into the wok, add olive vegetables and pan fry until well combined. Ready to serve!
