Step 1
Cut the bell pepper into small dice

Step 2
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk and whisk together

Step 3
Add the pickled radish, diced bell peppers, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Mix together

Step 4
In a pan, add oil on a medium heat. Pour a thin layer in the pan until the bottom is slightly set

Step 5
Push the egg mixture to the front, then add another layer of egg batter

Step 6
把蛋餅捲起包好,重覆步驟5約3-4次直至到理想的厚度

Step 7
Let cool and cut into slice
