Taiwanese Steamed Pork with Pickled Cucumber

Step 1
Dice the green onion

Step 2
Drain the pickled lettuce and cucumber and dice it. Keep the soy sauce in pickled lettuce

Step 3
Mix together the diced pickled lettuce and cucumber with minced pork

Step 4
Add the pickled lettuce soy sauce and mix well

Step 5
Add green onion, egg white, white pepper, soy sauce and mix well

Step 6
Transfer the patty to a plate. Dig a hole in the middle and place the egg yolk inside

Step 7
Place a steam rack in the TaTung cooker. Place the patty in. Add 1 cup of water and cover the lid. Press the button to start cooking

Step 8
When the patty is fully cooked, garnish with chopped green onion. Ready to serve
