Taiwanese Pork & Mushroom Soup

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Cut carrot and black fungus into shreds. Slice the mushroom and finely chop the garlic.

Step 2
Cut the pork into strips and marinade for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Coat the meat with sweet potato flour.

Step 4
Bring a pot of water to simmer, add the pork and cook for 4 minutes. Drained and set aside.

Step 5
In the same pot, turn up to medium heat. Add chopped ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6
Return the pork into pot and mix in the soup base ingredients. Stir in the corn flour water and cook for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve!
