Taiwanese Oyster Noodles

Step 1
Wash and drain oyster.

Step 2
Toss it with the potato starch.

Step 3
Boil a pot of water and blench the oyster. Drain it and set aside.

Step 4
Add chicken soup into a pot, boil the noodles.

Step 5
Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, rock sugar in, boil until the rock sugar melted. Dissolved the corn starch with water and mix in.

Step 6
Add the oyster and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the stove.
