Step 1
Peel and cut the yam in pieces

Step 2
Bring the water to boil, add the yam and cook for 10 minutes

Step 3
Add the Blackgold Legacy Black Sugar Ginger Tea and cook for another 10 minutes until the yam is tender

Step 4
In another pot, bring some water to boil add the glutinous rice ball and cook until the glutinous rice ball is floating. (keep stir to prevent stick at the bottom)

Step 5
Add the black sugar ginger and yam soup

Step 6
Ready to serve
