Step 1
Preheat an oven to 200°C. Cover a baking tray with foil and set aside.

Step 2
Rinse and pat the spare ribs dry. Marinate with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese cooking wine, sugar and corn starch for at least 2 hours.

Step 3
Place on the baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 4
Brush with sweetened osmanthus syrup. Bake for another 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
