Sweet Rose and Red Bean Paste Glutinous Rice Ball

Step 1
Soak the dried rose in warm water until soft

Step 2
Slightly tear off the petals and set aside

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous flour and 150mL water

Step 4
Form into a dough

Step 5
Add the rose petals and mix well

Step 6
Separate the dough into two, add the rose petals and rose jam in one of the dough

Step 7
Roll the dough into a small ball and stuff the red bean paste inside

Step 8
Bring the water to boil, add the cane sugar and cook until dissolve

Step 9
Add the rice ball in the water until it floating

Step 10
Ready to serve
